'The New Natural'
Artisanal fine wines from Georgia

Georgia is seen as a natural-wine hotspot. It’s thanks to the natural-wine scene that Georgian wine broke through in the UK. Today, the positive influences of the movement are expressed through a new generation of finely-crafted, pristine wines made by artisanal producers.

This Georgian Palate features a selection of wines from unsigned producers, as well as from Honey Spencer’s award-winning DakaDaka list.

Wines are paired with DakaDaka’s contemporary Georgian food.
