The Georgian palate is born from a crossroads culture and generations of ingenuity. The facets of flavour and bountiful produce gave rise to a wine culture rich in diversity, savour and counterpoint. This is why Georgian wines pop with so many cuisines. Created by Sarah Abbott MW and Isa Bal MS, this session pairs 8 contemporary Georgian wine with Trivet’s award-winning cuisine, itself a fusion of superb produce, craft, and diverse influences.
